What's a good beginner machine (hobbyist)?

I’m looking to get into CNC Machining for a hobby, what are some good (and relatively inexpensive, if possible) machines to start with?

I’m hoping to work with wood and soft metals.

You will have a lot of fun with a Cetus 3D printer ,best choice for the budget below $500

Thanks for your response! Sorry if I wasn’t clear though, I’m looking for a CNC machine not a 3D Printer. Do you happen to know of any around that price point that would be good?
