machine does All the gcodes that come in sd card but with my
own gcodes it starts well first layer but then the nozzle comes to close to the point of damaging the previous layer done this happens specially when infills are progressing and at the beggining any help?
Hello Isaac What slicer software do you use and what parameters are you using? On Wasp website there is a gcode profile for Clay for Cura. Do you start from it to make the your gcode? GG
I use cura and the profile i use the one that comes on the printer Just tried some changes on it like layer height but always does the same after some layers seems the nozzle its to close already tryed to change zmax
Greetings enrico the problem is the first layers it Goes well but while
it Goes up the noozle seems do get closer to the piece getting clay All over the noozle but when printing the gcodes that came in the sdcard of the printer All Goes well i am using cura and the profile configuration that come with the sd card
I suggest you to try in expert settings to use Spiralyze, in Black Magic section. Do u ever try it? You will print only with one line outer shell and the increment in height is proportional to the travel. Levelling the plate is important as usual, and the distance between the layers should be linked proportionally to the first layer…
Strange… I printed corerctly with 1.2 nozzle and 0.5 Layer height… check the extrusion flow percentage… I’ve never seen a printer that fail in layer height movement… I used Cura 15.4.06… You can try to load the profile from one of the gcodes given by WASP (Menu ‘file’ -> ‘Load profile from gcode’. Which parameters you changed from the original profile?
