Student discount was not applied

Hi,
When I was placing my order the student discount showed up in the price, but when I requested my order the student discount was not applied. Should I start over again with a new order and cancel old one? or how can be applied the student discount in my current order?

Did you pick a hub that offered the discount? Also leave the hub a message in the order comments and see if they can manually adjust the price for the discount. Ive done that a few times for students when they forgot to select the discount.
