Replicator Z18 max temp problem

Hi, everyone!

Just got Z18 from my fellow for time use. And having problem with heating. It can her up to 215 for PLA(max temp I was able to heat it up is 222, but it took eons of time). I takes quite a lot of time to heat up to 215. My diy printer heats few times(!) faster.

Why is that so? Extruder is smart extruder(not plus). Temp drops nearly to 200 while printing,so I toughy I could rise it a bit.

The old Smart Extruders are pretty bad as we all know, i’d recommend getting the Smart Extruder+ if possible, it will solve all of your issues.
