Large color 3d print

I would like to make a rather large color 3d print (16.5 inches in length) but have not found a service yet that can do this. On top of that, I would also like it to be relatively affordable (no more than a few hundred dollars). Is there a way I can do this? Any suggestions?

Depending on the model it may have to be done in a few pieces and assembled/glued together.
