Hi, I have it and will post it this evening.
Hiā¦
Thanks for reply, can you email it to me?
if that possible?
Regards
Iām also interested in this.
I would like to try this profile on a trial version of Simplify 3D and see by myself if it really improves print qualityā¦
Thanks,

HI,
I have one Profile sent to me from Simplify3D, i test it, alot of comments, like speed, layer height, even the bed size,
Wait your profile send to me,
Best Regards
We are waiting Michiel ā¦
Thanks for All
Sorry but I said ātonightā. It reads as if youāre pushing me.
Maybe you also specify a bit more what you are looking for. Single extrusion, double? Tool changes? Which materials? How experienced are you with Simplify3D? Do you need some explanatory text with it?
Hi,
any time, take your time,
PLA printing, single and doubleā¦
Thanks
Hi again,
by the way i am new user for simplify3D, i test the profile sent from the Simplify3D, look so fast, size of bed, also noticed a retraction line over the old layer, while the extrude movement to other side or while finish the outer wall and start infill. honestly i tried to update following the builder setting, or cura speed, other tools, but i need someone that have a experince with PRO and Simplify3D to shortcut the way, mostly i use PLA, single and double, also looking to print PVA as support later,
Regards
To be honest, Simplify3D is difficult to explain. Many many options, places to store settings. At the moment I have two FFF profiles, from which you can
work.
I tested all settings in numerous parts and materials, but fine tuning for each print is inevitable.
SINGLE EXTRUDER
Not much to explain.
Basic choices in the top drop down menuās:
* PLA / ABS / PET material
* fast / medium / high quality
* left / right extruder
On top of that you need to choose:
* infill density / type
* skirt / raft
* support
* cooling
* speed (TAB āotherā)
PVA SUPPORT
This is a tricky one. I set up cooling down of the other extruder between layers. Left is base material, right extruder is PVA. Sadly the speed is not independently adjustable for the two materials, so you have to print very slow for PVA to adhere.
Also, you might need to change EXTRUSION MULTIPLIER for PVA much much higher to print well.
Basic choices in the top drop down menuās:
* PLA / ABS / PET material
* fast / medium / high quality
On top of that you need to choose:
* infill density / type
* raft yes / no
* cooling
* tool change script REMEMBER TO CHANGE THE LEFT EXTRUDER TEMPERATURE WHEN CHANGING MATERIAL
* speed
DUAL EXTRUSION
Even more tricky to set up, as you need to:
* use the dual extrusion wizard
* have two FFF profiles
* assign the proper FFF profiles to the parts
In the future I hope to elaborate on this subject.
Any remarks welcome.

Hi,
There is too much information from your side,
first of all, I appreciate your support,
second you are Great,
Honestly, i will start with one extr. PLA then dual PLA, and in final stage will go to PVA.
more more thing, any contact to you like skype, whatsap and other,
Best and Best Regardsā¦
Recently I found out the general extrusion multiplier should be lower than 1. Now testing 0,92 with PLA.
