Hi everyone. As a school person project, I’m trying to find out how sustainable 3d printing. I’d really like to know how often do you get failed prints (regardless of reasons). Thanks!!
20-40%
Hi again, just an edit, mind if you state the reason of the failed print as well? thanksss
Less than 10% failure, mostly due to operator error. lol
It really just depends on what you are printing, i would say my failure rates would be 0% - 100%. Not trying to be a smart a$$ but there are so many factors that come into play. Filament quality, bed leveling, print temperature, speed … this list just goes on and on
For 3d hubs orders 5% model issues, 5% manual error (like not measuring filament 5% misc machine errors, clogs lines out of tolerance supports falling down. 5% wtf when things go wrong for no reason.
