considering that 3D hubs releases there own 3D printer reviews I would trust that much more than a website that does generic tech reviews. the 2018 3D printer guide done by 3D hubs is here Best 3D Printer Guide 2023 | Hubs . I would recommend looking in the budget category if that is what you are interested in. If you want to see more reviews that didn’t make it into the report I would recommend looking at their 3D printer index located here Best 3D Printer Guide 2023 | Hubs. If you want my 2¢ get the monoprice mini select, its cheap on amazon and a great little printer.
if just consider information from this review - the first places are given to printers, which print just with PLA or PLA and ABS. On my opinion, it is not enough for “best printers”.
