BCN3D Memory Card not reading

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently setting up the BCN3D Sigma, and after formatting the SD card and adding gcodes to it nothing is appearing on the machine when I click print.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Behind the sd card set 3.3V instead of 5V. Need to unassemble the covers. It should work.

Yes me too , I check the voltage but no change.

I sent an email to the technical support and sent me the work piece
