Today is the day!

We’re ready to celebrate our awesome two years old birthday with some kickass 3D printing and scanning installations in our incredible 400 year old building.

I’m happy to share with you that the very first thing you’ll get to do at our Anniversary Party is get a scan with the world’s fastest full body 3D scanner, IIID Body Scanner.

In just 4 seconds the scanner will get a complete 360 acquisition of you, made by 10 sensors surrounding you.

In just one week, you’ll be able to print a full color mini-me at IIID’s Hub or to print the .stl yourself through 3D Hubs!

Hope you had a nice party guys! Just curious, how did the scanning go? How many people were actually scanned in how much time? Thinking of using this for an event, so was curious if it’s worth it. Thanks

It was a great experience. Scanning was sooo fast. In just few hours we scanned more than 130 people :slight_smile:
